1. General refund overview
Shroom Oras works with sensitive products connected to psychedelic use and related accessories. Because of safety, hygiene and regulatory reasons many items are not eligible for return once they leave the warehouse.
In general, refunds are considered in two main situations
- Orders that never ship due to stock or internal issues
- Orders with proven damage, defect or clear packing error from Shroom Oras
For all other cases Shroom Oras reviews each situation case by case within the limits on this page.
2. Return window
If your order is eligible for a return, you must contact Shroom Oras as soon as possible after delivery.

- Messages sent after this time frame may not be eligible for review or refund
3. Non returnable and non refundable items
For safety, hygiene and regulatory reasons Shroom Oras does not accept returns and does not issue refunds in the following cases
- Any opened, used or partially used product
- Products where security seals, inner bags or original packaging are broken, removed or altered
- Perishable or consumable items that by nature cannot be restocked safely once they leave the warehouse
- Products bought on clearance or marked as final sale
- Digital guides, downloads or informational products
- Gift cards or store credit
- Items damaged due to misuse, poor storage or handling after delivery
Returned items that arrive used, opened or not in the original state may be rejected and shipped back to you without a refund.
4. Conditions for an accepted return
To be eligible for a return review, the following conditions must be met
- You contacted Shroom Oras within 48 hours of the recorded delivery
- Products are unused and in the same condition as received
- All original packaging, seals, labels and accessories are included
- You can provide clear photos of the product and packaging showing the issue
Meeting these conditions does not guarantee a refund. Shroom Oras reviews each claim and confirms eligibility by email.
5. Return process
Follow this process to request a return review

- Include your full name, order number and contact details
- Describe the issue in clear language
- Attach clear photos of the outer box, shipping label, inner packaging and the product
- Wait for written approval and instructions before shipping any product back
Packages sent back without prior written approval from Shroom Oras may be refused and returned to sender.
6. Wrong or damaged items on arrival
If you receive the wrong item or clear damage from transit, contact Shroom Oras immediately with photos.
- Wrong item sent compared to your order confirmation
- Severe damage to packaging where product condition may be affected
After review, Shroom Oras may offer one of the following options
- Replacement shipment for the affected items
- Partial refund or store credit in line with the damage
- Full refund if the order cannot be replaced
7. Missing, delayed or refused deliveries
Once an order leaves the warehouse, tracking updates and movement are handled by the carrier.
- Delays caused by carriers, customs or local delivery issues are outside the direct control of Shroom Oras
- If a package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, you must first check with household members, neighbors and the local carrier office
- Shroom Oras may request a written statement from you and from the carrier during investigation
In many regions, orders that are refused, unclaimed or returned due to incorrect address may not be eligible for a full refund. Shipping costs and additional carrier fees may be deducted when allowed.
8. Customs, local law and seizures
Shroom Oras serves adults from many regions. Law and enforcement practices differ between countries and local areas.
- You remain fully responsible for checking local law before placing any order
- If customs or local authorities delay, hold or seize a shipment, that process is outside the control of Shroom Oras
- Orders that are seized, destroyed or rejected by customs or other authorities are usually not eligible for a refund

9. Return shipping costs
Unless Shroom Oras confirms a clear packing error or similar internal mistake, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Return shipping fees are not refundable
- If prepaid labels are provided, the cost may be deducted from any approved refund
